Mr. Gao founded the Group in March 2014 and serves as Chairman of the Board, with overall responsibility for the Group’s strategy and business development.

He graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Prior to founding the Group, Mr. Gao had 18 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning industry associations, leading internet companies and entrepreneurship. He previously worked at the China Communications Association and served as Business Director of Baidu’s Mobile Business Department, where he led application and promotion initiatives in the mobile internet sector.

In 2017, he was named a Young Expert by the Internet Society of China. In 2018, he was recognized among Fortune China’s 40 Under 40 Business Elites and received the Special Contribution Award for 20 Years of China’s Mobile Internet. In 2021, he was named a Digital Marketing Leading Figure at the Golden Network Awards. He has accumulated extensive experience and broad recognition in the digital economy and mobile internet sectors. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the China Software Industry Association.

Ms. Jiang joined the Group in January 2019 as a shareholder partner of Wanka Online,and was appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director in December 2022.

She graduated from Peking University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Jiang had over 15 years of experience in the technology, internet and gaming industries, and served as Secretary-General of the Intelligent Terminal Software and Cloud Service Branch of the China Software Industry Association, also known as the Mobile Hardcore Alliance (MHA).

Mr. Meng Jincong joined the Group in May 2022 as Chief Capital Officer and has been appointed as an executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee since May 2025.

He graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Prior to joining the Group, from 2005 to 2021, he held senior positions at a number of financial institutions and enterprises, including Mian Shi Investment Group Co., Ltd. (000609.SZ), Longtree Capital, Mizuho Securities Asia Limited, Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., Guanghui Juxin Equity Investment Management Company under CITIC Trust, and Jiaxin Holdings Group. He has extensive experience in private equity investment, secondary market investment and strategic industrial investment.

Ms. LUI Mei Ka was appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorised Representative of the Group on 15 November 2024.

Ms. Lui, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Lui, has over 18 years of experience in financial management and corporate finance, and is currently the Managing Director of Maxpower Corporate Services Limited.
