Mr. Gao founded the Group in March 2014 and serves as Chairman of the Board, with overall responsibility for the Group’s strategy and business development.

He graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Prior to founding the Group, Mr. Gao had 18 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning industry associations, leading internet companies and entrepreneurship. He previously worked at the China Communications Association and served as Business Director of Baidu’s Mobile Business Department, where he led application and promotion initiatives in the mobile internet sector.

In 2017, he was named a Young Expert by the Internet Society of China. In 2018, he was recognized among Fortune China’s 40 Under 40 Business Elites and received the Special Contribution Award for 20 Years of China’s Mobile Internet. In 2021, he was named a Digital Marketing Leading Figure at the Golden Network Awards. Jingxian Talents of Shijingshan District, Beijing (2025)(High-Level District-Level Talents, an honor awarded to individuals with outstanding contributions to technological innovation and industrial development).He has accumulated extensive experience and broad recognition in the digital economy and mobile internet sectors. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the China Software Industry Association.

Ms. Jiang joined the Group in January 2019 as a shareholder partner of Wanka Online,and was appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director in December 2022.

She graduated from Peking University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Jiang had over 15 years of experience in the technology, internet and gaming industries, and served as Secretary-General of the Intelligent Terminal Software and Cloud Service Branch of the China Software Industry Association, also known as the Mobile Hardcore Alliance (MHA).

Mr. Meng Jincong joined the Group in May 2022 as Chief Capital Officer and has been appointed as an executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee since May 2025.

He graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Prior to joining the Group, from 2005 to 2021, he held senior positions at a number of financial institutions and enterprises, including Mian Shi Investment Group Co., Ltd. (000609.SZ), Longtree Capital, Mizuho Securities Asia Limited, Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., Guanghui Juxin Equity Investment Management Company under CITIC Trust, and Jiaxin Holdings Group. He has extensive experience in private equity investment, secondary market investment and strategic industrial investment.

Mr. Chen Baoguo

Mr. Chen is an independent non-executive Director of the Group.

He graduated from Northern Jiaotong University with a bachelor’s degree in Materials Management in 1986, from Yanshan University with a master’s degree in Metallic Materials and Heat Treatment in 1991, and from Northern Jiaotong University with a doctoral degree in Economics and Management in 2003.

Since February 2017, he has served as the executive deputy secretary-general of the China Software Industry Association. From July 2007 to February 2017, he served as the deputy director of the Institute of International Technology and Economy of the Development Research Center of the State Council.

Mr. Jin was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Group in September 2021.

He graduated from Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics in 1985, from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a master’s degree in Trade Economics in 1988, and from Renmin University of China with a doctoral degree in Industrial Economics in 2002.

He has primarily engaged in teaching and research in the fields of digital economy, industrial organisation of the mobile Internet sector and strategic management, with research interests including digital consumer behaviour, big data business models, and value creation and value transfer in the mobile Internet industry. He has published more than 100 academic papers in leading journals and publications, including Economic Perspectives, Chinese Journal of Management Science and the Theory Edition of People’s Daily.

Since July 2004, he has served at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as a professor and head of the Department of Business Administration and Public Administration, dean and doctoral supervisor of the School of Economics and Management, chairman of the Professors Committee and member of the Academic Committee.

Mr. Yu was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Group in July 2022.

He graduated from Tianjin University of Commerce with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2001.

He has more than 23 years of experience in financial management and investment. In 2020, he obtained the qualification of Certified Public Accountant granted by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and in 2013, he obtained the Intermediate Economist Qualification in Finance issued by the Tianjin Professional Titles Administration Office.

From April 2005 to August 2009, he served as a senior investment manager of Beijing Zhongdi Investment Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000609).

From December 2018 to September 2025, he served as a senior project manager in the audit department of Zhongxing Caiguanghua Certified Public Accountants LLP.

Since October 2025, he has served as an audit partner of the Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone Branch of Pengsheng Certified Public Accountants LLP.
